Effective solutions for stacking, packaging, and assemblage of products in various industrial fields. Extensive use of 2D and 3D visual recognition systems (“we give the robots eyes”). Wide range of possibilities for interfaces with manufacturing equipment, such as CNC machines or other mechatronic systems.
Robotised solutions for loading finished products – boxes, bags, packets, packages, bottles, containers, etc. – on and off pallets that allow to make these processes significantly more efficient and cost-effective, including accounting of storage and logistics. The system can count the amount and types of the production loaded, add time stamps, etc.
Robots designed for operations of painting, varnishing, and applying other types of liquid coating to surfaces, are exceptionally accurate and are able to save a lot of materials. They can use multiple colours or components simultaneously, as well as work in explosive and volatile environments.
Robotised systems are applied in various manufacturing processes: material working (cutting, milling, drilling, grinding, etc.), metrology, and usage of measuring equipment, scanning, positioning, etc. Robotic systems can be installed in areas with extreme conditions or such that are unfavourable to humans: high or low temperature, dust, air pollution (foundries, bakeries, freezers, environments affected by chemical substances). Robots can also lift products of extremely large or small weight, accurately transfer them between manufacturing processes, or simply eliminate monotone human labour and activities.
Robotised welding stations with automatic mechanisms for part delivery, additional positioning tables, and holders (conductors) for welding components.
AGV – Automatic Guided Vehicles for transportation of various objects (products, materials, packages, etc.), or execution of specific tasks in many different industrial fields.
The integration of AGVs does not require any fundamental changes in infrastructure, the large amount of automatically received data on the process of transportation allows to significantly increase efficiency.
We extend the limits of traditional sorting and transportation systems with a revolutionary modular plastic belt we invented; we do not limit ourselves to industrial standards.
While working with us, clients discover our uncompromising determination to solve their problems. Our solutions and innovations have a direct effect on the clients’ results: saved costs, increased efficiency and productivity, and an overall positive effect on the clients’ KPIs.
We analyse manufacturing and technological processes, we consult on the questions of automatization, usage and installation of mechatronic systems, manufacturing automatization, and efficiency enhancement. We calculate your ROI, and aid in solving issues related to the financing of automated and robotised systems.
We represent one of the largest and most advanced manufacturers of machine tools in the world – the Japanese company YAMAZAKI MAZAK.
We supply, assemble, maintain and consult. We have assembled everything, from simple two-axes turning machines to complex nine-axes working stations.
PROFTOOLS, was established in 1999. Primary field of activity – robotics and mechatronics solutions for industrial enterprises.
Some ambitious goals were set when starting this company: to disseminate and develop the newest and most innovative scientific knowledge, to transfer global experience to Lithuanian enterprises, scientific institutions, and business associations, thus, stimulating and developing the manufacturing productivity and international competitiveness of the country’s enterprises.
PROFTOOLS, has earned the right to represent the largest and most innovative companies in the world: the Japanese YAMAZAKI MAZAK, American MASTER CHEMICAL, and other well-known and progressive manufacturers.
In 2008 our company started executing projects related to manufacturing automatization and robotics. Having accumulated experience in metal working and installation of CNC machine tools and employed modern CAD / CAM systems, the company started to design and manufacture mechatronic systems with integrated robots.
Thus, now we are successfully executing manufacturing automatization projects, and we are official integrators for the largest robot manufacturer in the world – the Japanese enterprise FANUC ROBOTICS.
We give a lot of attention to the development of the competences of our employees, the team at PROFTOOLS are constantly improving their knowledge and accumulating experience in various seminars and training courses.
At our initiative, our partners – world class experts in their respective fields – organise seminars for other Lithuanian enterprises, where they share information on cutting-edge technology. PROFTOOLS is also the technical sponsor of educational institutions in Lithuania.
The company is a long-time member of LINPRA – Lithuanian Engineering Industries Association.
“We are proud of what we have achieved over all these years – that we create value, that we are constantly improving to be able to do even more! We offer our sincerest gratitude to our clients for their trust, to our partners for their support, and to our competitors – for their respect”.
